BANGKOK, Feb 23 (TNA) – The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has organised a training on early voting processes for some 200 officials from all 50 Bangkok districts, said the permanent-secretary for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
More than 920,000 eligible voters registered for advance voting in the capital, accounting for 35 per cent of total registered voters nationwide.
Officials of the Election Commission were invited to demonstrate to BMA participating officials every step in preparation for early voting, which is scheduled on March 17.
After the early voting ends, ballots will be sent by Thailand Post to the voters’ places of domicile.(TNA)
