BANGKOK, June 25 (TNA) – The police arrested a Cambodian crane driver after the crane collapsed and fell onto a school building at Assumption Convent School last week.
Ten students were injured in the incident.
After the accident, the school decided to relocate classrooms for 1,200 students to Assumption Commercial College pending the repair of the building, damaged by the crane collapse.
Twenty-seven classes at two buildings of Assumption Commercial College have been arranged for the student from the 9th grade -12th grade or Mathayom 3-6 of Assumption Convent School.
The temporary relocation of classrooms, which started today caused traffic congestion in the morning.
Bangrak district has cordoned off a crane collapse site, found to be modified without permission.
The crane was used to construct addition of a condominium building. (TNA)
