BANGKOK, June 6 (TNA) – Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin announced the live broadcast of the Euro 2024 football matches from June 14 to July 14, ensuring Thai football fans can watch.
He emphasized that this is a gift of happiness to the people, with live broadcasts available on Channel 9 (MCOT 30) and Channel 11.
Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin presided over the press conference regarding the live broadcast of the Euro 2024 football matches. Also present were Deputy Prime Minister Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office Jiraphon Sinthuprai, Minister of Tourism and Sports Sermsak Pongpanich, as well as the Governor of the Sports Authority of Thailand and various supporters.
The Prime Minister stated that the government is promoting and developing sports, which is considered a key soft power of the country, through systematic development aligned with the national strategy to enhance the country’s competitiveness.
This includes promoting and supporting sports activities and events at both national and international levels, as well as broadcasting international sports to inspire sports-loving youth.
