BANGKOK, July 25 (TNA) – Thailand logged three more patients of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) who are quarantined returnees. The total rose to 3,282 while there were no new deaths.
The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration reported that one new case returned from Sudan. The female worker aged 23 arrived on July 10 and was quarantined in Chon Buri province. She tested positive for COVID-19 on July 21 while being asymptomatic.
Two other new cases were from the United States. One of them is a female student aged 14. The other is a 23-year-old male worker. They arrived on July 11 and were quarantined in Bangkok. They tested positive for the disease on July 23 when the female had a sore throat and the man was asymptomatic.
Total cases rose to 3,282. Two patients recovered over the past 24 hours and raised total recovery cases to 3,109. The death toll remained unchanged at 58. (TNA)
