TAK, Feb 9 (TNA) — A Mynamar girl who rescued from a 15-metre deep groundwater hole in Phop Phra district of Tak province is gradually recovering well.
The latest development of the condition of Tasa Mo-Eh, 19-month old Myanmar girl or “San San” who fell into a 30-centimetre hole of a 15-metre deep groundwater well at a cassava plantation in the village of Romklao Charoensuk in tambon Siriraj of Phop Phra district of Tak province.
The rescuers took more than 18 hours to help her and she was rushed to hospital for assessment and treatment at Phop Phra district hospital of Tak province.
The child specialists at Phop Phra district hospital on Wednesday examined the body of San San at child examination room on the second day after she was rescued.
The child examination room is fully equipped with life saving equipments. It was found that her health was gradually improving. She was recovering and can response by speaking and having fresh face and cheerful.
However, the doctor is still giving intravenous saline solution but she is abstained from food for the second day to observe her condition.
It was expected that if her health was improving continuously, the doctors would allow her to leave hospital to go back home. The date was not set for her discharging as it would depend on the results of the day by day health examination.
The overall results over the two days were considered a good sign that she was recovering quickly. Her spirit was very good as her parents stay at the child examination room for 24 hours. (TNA)
