BANGKOK, July 15 (TNA) — The cabinet secretariat has informed new cabinet ministers that they will be sworn in on July 16.
Theerapong Wongsivawilat, secretary-general to the cabinet, wrote a letter to inform new cabinet ministers of the swearing-in schedule. The letter read that His Majesty the King would grant the audience at the Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall.
Cabinet ministers were advised to first arrive at Phakdee Bodin Building in the compound of Government House. The secretariat of the prime minister will deploy vans for their transport to the ceremonial venue. Cabinet ministers will wear white uniforms bearing the logos of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Mr Theerapong said before attending a cabinet meeting on July 15 that the swearing-in was set at the Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall at 5pm on July 16. After the ceremony, the prime minister would convene a meeting with cabinet ministers at Government House to discuss the government policies that would be announced in the parliament, Mr Theerapong said.
