BANGKOK, May 25 (TNA) — The Thai Chana platform launched last week to record visits to reopened business premises has proved its effectiveness, according to the government.
Dr Polawat Witoolkollachit, inspector-general of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, said that from the date of its launch on May 17 to May 24, the Thai Chana platform received the registration of 106,235 shops and premises and was used by 11,757,624 people who made 27,101,565 check-ins and 19,204,736 checkouts.
Users also rated registered shops for their disease control measures. The premises that were the top five scorers on disease control were beauty clinics and salons, video studios, care centers for dependants including children and elderly people, offices of governmental organizations and state enterprises, and museums and libraries.
“The application of the Thai Chana platform in the past week was very successful thanks to good cooperation from Thai people who care about the protection of themselves and the society and the operators who are also highly cooperative,” Dr Polawat said.
To avoid phishing, he said that people must refrain from finding the Thai Chana platform via a search engine but instead must type the web address, www.ไทยชนะ.com, by themselves. (TNA)
