CHIANG RAI, Oct 15 (TNA) – Huge crowds of tourists indulge themselves in the first cold wind at 16-17 degrees Celsius and witness sunrise and the sea of fog on top of the Phu Chi Fa mountain on the long holiday.
Cold weather starts to blanket upper Thailand, on Phu Chi Fa in Tab Tao sub-district of Chiang Rai’s Thoeng district. Tourists take their opportunity during the extended weekend, flocking into the mountaintop to experience sunrise, the sea of fog and the start of winter in the country.
The temperature was at about 16-17 degrees Celsius on the top of the mountain and 19 degrees in lower areas of Chiang Rai in the morning.
Many tourists were impressed with the weather condition and took photos of sunrise seen close to the mountaintop cliff to keep their memorable moment. (TNA)
