BANGKOK, Oct 1 (TNA) – Flash Express, a leading logistics, courier delivery company has introduced electric motorcycles for parcel delivery service, aiming to turn into green logistics.
Flash Express has the policy to reduce air pollution on roads by adopting green logistics as a guideline for business operation.
It has launched “Flash Power Swap Station by Ap Honda” three-month campaign to test the use of electric motorcycles for parcel deliveries in Bangkok.
Data will be collected during the test for analysis and development before electric motorbikes will be commercially used in the future.
The pilot project is jointly run by three companies – PTT Oil and Retail Business Pcl, A.P. Honda Co.,Ltd. and Flash Express to introduce clean energy and reduce energy consumption in courier and delivery businesses. (TNA)
