BANGKOK, Dec 22 (TNA) – Bangkok governor Asawin Kwanmuang has ordered his agency workers to spray water
to clean roads more frequently and to stop burning wastes after finding air pollution in the Thai capital has exceeded the safety standard level.
The Meteorological Department announced that the
amount of dust particles was high
due to the lack of wind.
Car parking on main roads in Bangkok
is, meanwhile, forbidden in order to
help resolve traffic problem as well as
reducing the amount of emitting
wastes on the road. BMA officials
will cooperate with policemen on this matter. (TNA)
