BANGKOK, Jan 30 (TNA) – Thailand’s Customs Department has
unveiled a chatbot system, Mr. Arkorn, to help people access to the
department’s information and services.
The Customs Department Director-General Krisada
Chinavicharana said in the press conference on Thursday that Mr. Arkorn
application allowed users to ask questions on customs service at anytime and
anywhere.
The chatbot software provided audio conversation designed to
give access to information and services of the Customs Department, he said.
Interested people could use the service via Line application
by sending request to @Mr. Arkorn, said the Director-General.
The chatbot programme simulates conversational partner that,
Krissada said, contained comprehensive and accurate information about Thai
customs services. (TNA)
