BANGKOK, Oct 25 (TNA) – Deputy Prime Minister
General Prawit Wongsuwon will travel to southern provinces of Pattani and Yala
on Saturday to follow up progress in development projects.
Gen. Prawit will inspect implementation of the
government’s policies in developing quality of life of local people and
creating equality in the society in southern border provinces.
The government focuses on strengthening grassroots
economy and increase locals’ income.
He will open the first industrial park in southern
border provinces to promote development of young entrepreneurs and the use of production
technology for halal products under cooperation with the Chinese government.
Educational Institutes will also involve in
development of technology to support production industry there. (TNA)
