BANGKOK, Dec 15 (TNA) — Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, the eldest child of King Maha Vajiralongkorn, has been hospitalised due to a heart problem, according to the Bureau of the Royal Household.
The Bureau of the Royal Household said in a statement issued on December 15 that Princess Vajrakitiaba, 44, had been training her dog in the northeastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima ahead of the Thailand Working Dog Championship by Royal Thai Army 2022 event which was held during December 10-19.
The statement said she has been jogging with her dog at the Military Working Dogs Battalion in Pak Chong district of Nakhon Ratchasima when she collapsed at 6.20pm on December 14.
“During the training, the Princess fell unconscious due to a heart condition,” the Bureau of the Royal Household said.
Princess Bajrakitiyabha initially received medical treatment at Pak Chong Nana Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima province.
After her condition stabilised at a certain level, she was transported by helicopter for further treatment at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital in Bangkok where she was undergoing treatment and checks on her condition, it said.
Princess Bajrakitiyabha remains stayed at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, according to the Royal Household Bureau. (TNA)
