BANGKOK, Oct 25 (TNA) – Malaysia’s Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has met Privy Council president Prem Tinsulanonda at Si Sao Thewes residence in Bangkok during his official visit to Thailand.
They talked about 15 minutes, followed by exchange of souvenirs.
Malaysian Prime Minister’s two-day visit is his first visit to Thailand as the guest of the Thai government after he took his post as the Malaysia leader on May 10 this year.
He met Thai Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha at Government House on Wednesday.
The two leaders discussed boosting cooperation between the two countries, including security issues, economic partnership, connectivity along the borders and other cooperation under ASEAN and multilateral frameworks. (TNA)
