BANGKOK, Sept 1 (TNA) – People’s Party leader Natthapong Ruangpanayawut confirmed the party’s executive committee has no predetermined vote for the next prime minister.
He said the party’s decision would be reached after open discussion among members, with a final conclusion expected before the vote day.
Natthapong acknowledged differing opinions among members and the need to consider all scenarios, including the wishes of supporters who prefer a neutral stance but declined to elaborate further.
He dismissed rumors that the party’s leadership had a preferred candidate in mind, stating that any final decision would be made collectively by the party’s MPs. -819 (TNA)
