BANGKOK, July 20 (TNA) – Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha today started working from home to comply with the Public Health Ministry’s request for all parties to fully implement their work-from-home measure.
Prime Minister and Defence Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha decided to do so by working at his residence from July 20. He was set to chair today’s cabinet meeting in a video conference. He will visit Government House when it is necessary but he will limit the time of his presence there.
The prime minister’s decision to work from home reduces the trips of officials related to his work. Normally, dozens of officials accompany the prime minister when he works at Government House and that will not comply with the COVID-19 control measures of the Public Health Ministry. (TNA)
