KRABI, DEC 4 (TNA) – A group of upside-down trees has
wowed tourists at an irrigation dam in Krabi province, southern Thailand.
The ten trees, 2.5-4 meters in lengths, have been replanted
in the unconventional way on the side of Maenam Krabi reservoir.
With their root systems atop the trees, strange-looking
trees have become a new attraction for tourists.
A 54-year-old nature-lover was amazed by how the trees are
still alive and thriving.
Turning the trees’ branches into trunks is one of exhibits
at the contemporary art exhibition, Thailand Biennale Krabi 2018. The unnaturally life also shows natural
adaptation for survival.
Over 50 artists from around the world have displayed their
creativity at the event from November 8 to February 28 under the theme “Edge of
the Wonderland.” (TNA)
