TRANG, Sept 7 (TNA) – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and hotels around Pak Meng Beach in the southern coastal province of Trang have launched kayak tours for tourists to see mangrove forest and beautiful scenery.
The activities are held to promote tourism during the low season.
Kayaks are available at Pak Meng beach for tourists to experience a new route to the fertile mangrove forest by a half an hour kayak tour to a bay.
They can hire long-tailed boats back to the Pak Meng pier where they may spot a school of dolphins.
The director of the TAT’s Trang office, Nantawan Siripokkaphat said the new tourist destinations and related activities would enable visitors to travel throughout the year. (TNA)
