230 More Pumps Installed in Northeast to Cope with Storm Noru

78 The irrigation chief ordered the installation of 230 more propeller pumps in Chi and Mun river basins to speed up discharges into the Mekong River ahead of the Storm Noru that was expected to reach the country in the morning of Sept 29.
