BANGKOK, May 20 (TNA) – The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration will change COVID-19 control zones in the country on June 1 when there will be only yellow zones of close surveillance, green zones of surveillance and blue zones for tourism promotion.
There will not be any dark red, red and orange zones of strict COVID-19 control measures at different levels.
On June 1 the number of yellow zones will decrease from 65 provinces to 46 provinces, blue zones will rise from 12 provinces to 17 provinces and there will be 14 green zones.
In the 46 yellow-coded provinces, each gathering will limit the number of participants at 1,000. Indoor stadiums will cap the number of spectators at 75% of their total seats. The restrictions will not apply to blue and green zones.
In all zones, schools and theaters can open as usual. (TNA)
