BANGKOK, Sept 30 (TNA) – The government’s Center for Economic Situation Administration (CESA) agreed in principle to support small and medium-sized enterprises in maintaining employment and to reopen the country to revive tourism.
CESA chaired by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha today approved in principle a project to promote and maintain employment among SMEs and to strengthen such enterprises.
The center also endorsed in principle plans to reopen the country to visitors, set up a fund for tourism promotion and declare the tourism campaign called “Visit Thailand 2022 Now Even More Amazing Thailand Has It All”.
Gen Prayut said that earlier the government had supported the national economy by offering financial aid to workers and employers, arranging for loans for business rehabilitation and offering debt moratoriums. (TNA)
