BANGKOK, July 10 (TNA) — Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will discuss government policies with cabinet ministers after their swearing-in mid this month.
The swearing-in would follow a royal command for the appointment of the new cabinet and the process should finish within mid-July as planned, Gen Prayut said.
“After the swearing-in, I will convene all cabinet ministers. It will be orientation to discuss the government’s work and policies that will be announced to the parliament… Policies of coalition and opposition parties will be considered. It is impossible to implement all policies. Implementation must depend on available budgets,” the prime minister said.
Gen Prayut warned the opposition not to obstruct the process of 2020 national budgets, saying everyone should prioritize national interest, not political interest.
“Political reform concerns not only the government but also all political parties and politicians that must improve themselves too,” the prime minister said. (TNA)
