BANGKOK, Nov 15 (TNA) – The Criminal Court has granted bail for singer Suteewan”Bai Toey”Thaweesin with 5 million baht as a surety in the multi-billion-baht Forex-3D Ponzi scheme case.
The court requires her to wear an EM bracelet, along with the condition of not leaving the country unless granted permission by the court. She has to report herself as scheduled.
After learning of the bail order, “Bai Toey” was reportedly in good spirits, embracing her family who came to offer support.
At present, the legal team and relatives are in the process of fulfilling the bail conditions, and she is expected to be released this evening.
Unlicensed Forex-3D claimed to be an online dealer in foreign exchange and was operated as a Ponzi scheme. (TNA)
