BANGKOK, July 16 (TNA) — Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will lead 36 cabinet ministers to their swearing-in at the Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall this evening and then chair the first cabinet meeting of his new government right away.
The swearing-in was set at 5pm at the Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall. Cabinet ministers were advised to wear their white uniforms with the Prime Minister’s Office insignia and gather at Government House before traveling on in group to the royal residential hall.
After the ceremony, the whole cabinet will return to Government House. Cabinet ministers will pose for photos on the lawn in front of the Thai Khu Fah Building.
Then they will have the first cabinet meeting. They will discuss their work procedures, the work of the past government, their future work and the policies that the prime minister will announce in the parliament on July 25-27. (TNA)
