49 The governor of the Sports Authority of Thailand insisted that the SAT did not violate the “Must Carry” and “Must Have” rules concerning the live broadcasting of World Cup 2022 matches in Qatar, so it would not return a 600-million-baht grant to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission.
