BANGKOK, Aug 10 (TNA) – The House of Representatives will deliberate the 2022 Budget Bill on Aug 18-20, House Speaker Chuan Leekpai said.
Mr Chuan said that the meeting would not be postponed and the House already wrote to the Public Health Ministry to seek permission for representatives to attend the House session because the deliberation of the Budget Bill was their important duty and the meeting had been scheduled in advance.
The House also wrote to representatives to confirm the scheduled meeting, he said.
The constitution required the House of Representatives to finish its deliberation of the Budget Bill in 105 days after the bill was submitted to the parliament. (TNA)
