BANGKOK, July 15 (TNA) – Thailand reported on Thursday a daily record of 98 coronavirus deaths and 9,186 new coronavirus cases.
The new cases comprised 9,107 cases among general population and 79 cases among prison inmates. Over the past 24 hours 5,543 Covid-19 patients recovered and discharged from hospitals.
Since the pandemic started early last year, there have been 372,215 Covid-19 cases. The death toll was at 3,032 from the beginning of the pandemic early last year. Thailand was ranked 59th in the world in terms of total infections. (TNA)
