BANGKOK, June 9 (TNA) – The Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) allowed private hospitals, private organizations and local administrative organizations to procure COVID-19 vaccines.
On June 8 the Royal Gazette shared an announcement of CCSA that it allowed private hospitals, private organizations and local administrative organizations to procure registered COVID-19 vaccines through government-specified organizations including the Government Pharmaceutical Organization and the Chulabhorn Royal Academy. The green light took immediate effect on June 8.
The country logged 2,680 new COVID-19 cases on June 8, consisting of 2,400 new cases among general people and 280 prison inmates.
Since April 1, the total cases have risen to 156,365. On June 8, there were 35 new fatalities while 4,253 COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals. (TNA)
