BANGKOK, Oct 24 (TNA) – Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul on Tuesday led MPs from the Bhumjaithai party to watch the movie “The Undertaker”.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin will watch the movie tomorrow along with cabinet members and head of Pheu Thai family Paetongtarn Shinawatra.
Anutin said Bhumjaithai Party MP Siripong Angkasakulkiat is an executive producer of the movie which helps promote soft power.
He wishes for the MPs of his party to come up with ideas to generate income for the country and its people, especially for the ministries under the party’s care, in line with the Prime Minister’s policy, which emphasizes the need for every ministry to embrace strategies to promote soft power.
The Thai horror-comedy “Undertaker” or “Sup Pa Rer” directed by Thiti Srinuan is the sixth installment in the “Tai Baan: The Series” film series.
The movie has reached 500 million baht in revenue after it was released on October 5, rising to the top of the highest-earning Thai film within 8 years. (TNA)
