NAN, July 11 (TNA) – Local authorities has launched a logo to certify local products from Nan province and to promote uniqueness and quality of Nan handicrafts as well as tourism –related services.
Nan governor, Worakitti Srithippakorn presided over the launching of the “Nan Brand”, given to local operators to guarantee quality of local handicrafts.
Provincial commerce office created the logo to add values to Nan products in domestic and international markets.
So far, 195 items of 91 businesses have been granted the logo.
They include four categories — clothing and textile; health products and service; souvenirs and decoration items; and tourism service, hotels and restaurants. (TNA)
